The structure of the program guided me through the system design process in a way that left little to be undocumented and left everything in a very professional format for passing along to others. ShowBuilder gives me the power to document a system change quickly and easily without the need for wasted hours pouring through folders of documents. When the time came to train a sub and pass the show along it was perfect for giving system overviews and served as great reference manual to the show from a sound perspective. I already am using it for new shows and plan to continue using it as a staple in my design diet.

ShowBuilder has allowed me to stay organized through what was otherwise a rather disorganized tech process giving me the ability to focus on the task at hand without wasting time searching for the right information. The first question my production manager asked me in tech was, "what did you use to do your paperwork?" He was holding a copy of my equipment list and seemed more excited about the clean layout and use-ability of the paperwork than what I actually had on my list!
